YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAIL US YOUR CUP FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DROP SHIPPED CUPS, THEY MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM YOU! Please send tracking information.
*Straws and lids are not necessary for this service so please remove them before shipping*

Hard to find cups: Should there be damage or imperfection by Swank's Laser Designs, customer may be offered a discount or replaced with a currently available cup (at retail value: Stanley/Dick's Sporting Goods, etc) only. 

Cups will be inspected upon arrival, we are not responsible for any damage or scratches from shipping so please pack your cups safely and securely. CUPS MUST BE WASHED AND CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL.
