Refund policy

Returns & exchanges:

We do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be changed once placed. Orders are processed in the order received and are usually shipped within 4 business days. This may change during peak seasons.

This shop cannot be responsible for mail marked DELIVERED by carrier. Please make sure you are having your packaged delivered to a secure area.

Please contact us if you have problems with your order at swankslaserdesigns@gmail.com, attach any supporting photos or documents to expedite any corrective action. We require that you reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery. The product must be in new and unused condition.

For shipping damage claims we will need full details of the damage along with photos of the product and the box as delivered. Do not discard the box, the shipping company may request to inspect the box to process an insurance claim. Your cooperation with the shipping company is required for them to process the claim. Without cooperation, the claim may be denied. We are not responsible for denied insurance claims.

WARRANTY:

No guarantee or warranty is claimed by us for the performance of the insulated thermal tumbler. We provide made-to-order custom decorative engraving services only. With the purchase of a custom engraved cup from our Etsy shop, you accept, agree and understand we are not liable for manufacturing or thermal insulation performance defects in the cup.
